The purpose of the association is to bring together all Ivorian students from Besançon in order to strengthen the bonds of fraternity through meetings, exchanges, to facilitate mutual aid, and defend interests, to provide solutions according to their means. to the socio-economic and educational problems of members, to make Côte d'Ivoire known through sporting, cultural, social and artistic activities.
